In this interactive experience, you’ll learn how to transform humble carrots into bold, steakhouse-worthy centerpieces using a vibrant Asian-style chimichurri marinade. You’ll build your own chimichurri from scratch, pack it up to take home, and leave with marinated carrot “steaks” ready to cook and impress. You’ll also get to sample a finished product!
Along the way, Chef Leo will break down the why behind the process, from the science of rolling carrots to create the perfect side piece to your meal, to the origins of chimichurri and what makes its balance of acid, herbs, and fat so irresistibly addictive.
